Payment for products, which will be taken at the point of ordering, can be made via Paypal, who accept all major credit cards, and Paypal accounts

Nancy Meiland Parfums’ liability with regard to any confirmed order shall be limited to the greater of the total amount paid for the order and one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

You may cancel your order within 10 days of receipt of the items, by informing us via email. This cancellation must be accompanied by the goods being returned to us within 10 days of your cancellation email. The goods must be unopened and unused to complete a cancellation of the order otherwise they will be returned to you and the order deemed to be unsuitable for cancellation.

Any item may be returned within 10 working days of receipt of the items, subject to it being unopened and unused.

This does not include items which were damaged during the delivery process which will be happy to replace upon return of the damaged product.

Delivery of items will be made to the confirmed address at point of ordering. If you require any changes to be made to an order after the point of payment, please contact us via the website and we will endeavour to make any changes within a reasonable time frame.

Nancy Meiland Parfums currently deliver products within the UK and mainland Europe with delivery charges, packaging and fulfliment calculated at point of purchase. Nancy Meiland Parfums use Royal Mail delivery services within the UK and FedEx within mainland Europe to deliver all products. Please note we are unable to send 2ml sample sizes to any country outside of the UK.

Nancy Meiland Parfums, currently do not deliver outside of Europe to the rest of the world unless by special request. Please use the contact form on the website to request special deliveries outside of UK/Europe, and we will provide a quote accordingly. We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 10 working days upon receipt of order.
